Terms of Service

PLEASE NOTE: I base my commissions on my skills. My strengths include drawing female characters, adapting to the concept of characters, as well as other growing skills such as anatomy and fashion. If for some reason I feel like your commission might not be do-able for me, I will politely decline. My main priority is giving you the commission that leaves you with a smile :)

1. Commissions will be first come, first serve. If you'd like me to complete your commission by a certain deadline, let me know at the end of the form and I'll get back to you on whether I can complete it by that date.

2. Please allow me 3-4 weeks to complete your commission, depending on how busy I am, where you are in the queue, or based on the complexity of the drawing. Your Patience is appreciated!

3. Commissions will have my watermark, but I'll keep it as subtle as possible :)

4. Commissions will be drawn in my style. I will not copy the style of another artist.

5. I have the right to include your commissioned piece in my personal portfolio. I will not share any commissioned pieces to any public platform without your consent.

6. Commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You do not have permission to sell or use my art for any kind of profit.

7. You do not have permission to use my art for AI or NFT whatsoever.

8. Before starting the commission, I will need the full payment. Once I approve your commission form, I will reach out to you and send you my email connected to my PayPal, Venmo, or Cashapp. I will begin the commission after the full payment is received.

9. I will always require clear images of references to base off your commission. I cannot work on characters based on descriptions alone.

10. During the process of drawing your commission, I will email you a sketch of the commission in case you'd like anything to be changed or fixed. Once I have the okay to continue on, I will begin to draw until the finished product. Remember that once you approve of the sketch, you may not ask to change anything else. You will have the chance to request a max of 3 edits within 24 hours of the sketch being sent

11. Commissions are NON-REFUNDABLE unless I haven't started your commission in 7+ days of payment.

12. You will receive a full resolution 300DPI .PNG file via email once finished. I do not ship any physical commissions.
